Cancellation Policy

No Shows will be subject to pay in full including the 50% deposit. Last minute cancelations after the 48 hour window will be subject to pay 50% of the service that you did not come to including the deposit is non-refundable** ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AFTER THE 48 HOUR WINDOW. If you call to reschedule within the 48 hour bracket your deposit and late fee are still included and nonrefundable as you already went against policy prior, but it does go towards your service. The service must be provided within 3 months, or you loose your money, and if you want to book again you must start over. If you come more than 20 minutes late I will charge a $20 late fee, and you will be fully charged without any refund AT ALL even if you are not satisfied. If you come late you are subject to a shorter lash service time, so unfortunately I can not guarantee full satisfaction, although i will do my best. Being late takes away from your intended lash service time, and it also puts me the service provider behind, and I will not be held responsible.
